Hotel reservation

pco tyrol congress has reserved blocks of rooms in various hotels of all categories, most of them within walking distance to the congress centre. Reservations can be made via the registration form (download here) or online. (online hotel reservation)

All prices are per night/room and include breakfast and all taxes.

Please note that only a limited number of rooms are available at this time of the year and early reservations are therefore strongly recommended. Bookings will be made on a first come, first served basis.

The reservation deadline is 25 August 2008. 

Important, please note: accommodation bookings will only be made if guaranteed by a valid credit card! Your card will not be charged, the information is needed to secure your room only! All payments have to be settled directly with the hotel.

For cancellations after 25 August 2008, we retain the right to debit cancellation fees to your credit card respectively pass on your credit card details to the hotel (minimum cancellation fee is 1 night).

Check in time in most hotels is 14.00.
In case you will arrive at your hotel after 18.00, please indicate. Failure to do so might mean that your room will be released. Any change to a reservation must be made in writing to pco tyrol congress, NOT directly to the hotel.
