Registration

The online-registration is closed.

Please register onsite at the registration desk in Innsbruck

To attend the Meeting, please register online (preferred) or download the registration form and return it to the Congress Secretariat. The final deadline for online, faxed or mailed conference registration forms is September 25, 2008 to allow for administration of these items.  After this date, registrations have to be made on site. The deadline for early registration is 30 June 2008.

Each delegate must fill in a separate form. Please note that registration for the various items will be confirmed upon receipt of payment only. Registration for events included in the fee must also be marked on the form. Make sure that you follow the instructions for payment of all fees involved. Payments have to be free of any bank charges for the beneficiary.

Registration fees

Registration includes the following unless otherwise specified:

• admission to scientific sessions and poster presentations

• admission to the industrial exhibition

• printed material for the conference

• abstract book

• conference bag

• welcome reception on Weds 1 Oct

• coffee breaks

• light lunches

Terms of Payment

Payment must be made when registering and be made in Euros.
Please do not forget to indicate the delegate’s name and “ESFFG 2008” for payments by bank transfer. Two modes of payment are possible:

   Please note: all bank charges, i.e. also foreign ones, have to be borne by the participant. Do not forget to instruct your bank to process the remittance “free of all charges for the beneficiary”. For transfers within the European Union, bank charges will be considerably lower if you indicate the IBAN and SWIFT codes.
   
   

2. By credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Diners accepted): please clearly specify your credit card details in the appropriate section of the registration form.

Upon receipt of the completed registration form and remittance of the appropriate fees, delegates will be sent a confirmation email.

Cancellations and Refunds

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to pco tyrol congress. If cancellation is received by 25 August, 2008 payments will be refunded minus bank charges and a handling fee of € 50.-  No refunds can be made for cancellations after this date. Please note that due to organisational reasons, all refunds will only be processed after the meeting.
