REGISTRATION
AND HOTEL RESERVATION
Registration:
To attend the meeting, please register online by clicking on the
link at the bottom of this page (preferred) or download the registration form
and return it to the Congress Secretariat.
The final deadline for online, faxed or mailed conference registration forms
is February 20, 2007 to allow for administration of these items. After this
date, no pre-registrations can be accepted. It will be possible to register at
the meeting, but the Congress Organisers recommend pre-bookings to prevent
waiting times at the registration desk.
Each delegate must fill in a
separate form. Please read this information carefully before registering. Please
note that registration for the various items will be confirmed upon receipt
of payment only. Registration for events included in the fee must also be
marked on the form. Make sure that you follow the instructions for payment of
all fees involved. Payments have to be free of any bank charges for the beneficiary.

Fee for delegates: € 420,00
Fee for students*: € 170,00
Nurses
registration:
A nurses course takes place on February 28 and March 1. Nurses who participate
in this course can also take part in the ECCO-IBD meeting free of charge thanks
to an unrestricted educational grant from Abbott Inernational. Please register
online at the bottom of this page.
*Students must bring a certifi cate of their student status
to the registration desk. To qualify for the reduced fee, students must not be
older than 35 years.

Terms of
Payment
Payment has to be done immediately along with the registration and be made in
Euros.
Please do not forget to indicate the delegate’s name and “IBD 2007” for
all payments. Two modes of payment are possible:

Please note: all bank charges,
i.e. also foreign ones, have to be borne by the participant. Do not forget to
instruct your bank to process the remittance “free of all charges for the
benefi ciary”. For transfers within the European Union, bank charges will be
considerably lower if you indicate the IBAN and SWIFT codes.
2) By credit card (Visa,
Mastercard and Diners accepted): please clearly specify your credit card
details in the appropriate section of the registration form.
Upon receipt of the completed
registration form and remittance of the appropriate fees, delegates will be
sent a confirmation letter, which should be presented at the registration
desk in Innsbruck.
Cancellations
and Refunds
Notifi cation of cancellation must be sent in writing to PCO TYROL CONGRESS.
If cancellation is received by December 1, 2006 payments will be refunded
minus bank charges and a handling fee of e 50.- Refunds for cancellations
received after December 1, 2006 will be made in exceptional circumstances only.
Please note that due to organisational reasons, all refunds will only be
processed after the meeting.
HOTEL
RESERVATION
Hotel rooms at advantageous rates can be reserved through PCO TYROL
CONGRESS. The hotels and rates are listed on the registration form. To reserve
hotel accommodation, please fi ll in the appropriate section on the
registration form together with your credit card details to guarantee for the
reservation. Please note that only a limited number of rooms are available at
this time of the year, and early reservations are therefore strongly
recommended.
Important, please note: No
accommodation booking can be made unless guaranteed by a valid credit card.
Your card will not be charged, the information is needed to secure your room
only! All payments have to be settled directly with the hotel.
The number of nights booked is
binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. In case of early
departure the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked.
Modifications or changes to your
reservation are possible free of charge up to December 20, 2006. All
cancellations or reductions in the number of nights booked after this date are subject to a
cancellation fee as stated above. Please note that a minimum stay of 2
nights is required.Any changes to your reservation
must be communicated to PCO Tyrol Congress in writing.
